SAP SuccessFactors has introduced its completely revamped and enhanced Onboarding 2.0 module.
This improved solution replaces Onboarding 1.0 and delivers a modern approach to employee onboarding with advanced features and functionality. Onboarding 2.0 leverages existing SuccessFactors tools such as Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Business Rules, and the Employee Central (EC) data model.
By using these familiar components, the application is streamlined and provides a consistent experience across the SuccessFactors suite. Onboarding 2.0 integrates people, processes, and technology to cover the complete employee lifecycle—including onboarding, cross-boarding, and offboarding.
